April 25:  Town Hall Meeting - 5:00 PM City Hall ✔️

May 6: City Commission Meeting -- Proposed Stormwater Tiered Rate structure on agenda for Commission approval prior to sending Non Ad-Valorem Special Assessment (NAVSA) mailer to residents - 6:00 PM City Hall ✔️

May-June: NAVSA Mailers

July 1: Provide Preliminary Rolls to City Finance Director

August 5: City Commission Meeting – Public Hearing to Adopt New Assessments – 1st reading of Ordinance - 6:00 PM City Hall

September 9:  City Commission Meeting: Final Reading of Ordinance - 6:00 PM City Hall

September 15: Provide Final Certified Rolls to County Tax Collector

October 1: Implement Assessments
