The Code Enforcement division handles citizen complaints regarding violations of the City Code. If you would like to submit a complaint or concern, please visit our resident self-service portal.
As of July 1, 2021, Florida State Statute 162.06 (1) (b) will require complainants to include their full name and address with their complaint. The Code Enforcement Officer will no longer be allowed to initiate an investigation without this information unless the Code Enforcement Officer has reason to believe that the violation presents an imminent threat to public health, safety, or welfare or imminent destruction of habitat or sensitive resources.
