Planning & Zoning Board Regular Monthly Meeting The Comprehensive Planning and Zoning Board of the City of St. Augustine Beach typically meets on the third Tuesday of each month, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Commission Meeting Room at City Hall, 2200 State Road A1A South, St. Augustine Beach, Florida, 32080, to consider variances, conditional use permits, final development applications, plat approvals, and other land use and zoning matters.
