Light Up the NIGHT! Fireworks Show
Please join the City of St. Augustine Beach, our community partners, and our local businesses as we Light Up the NIGHT with our New Year’s Eve Fireworks show!
The Light Up the NIGHT! Fireworks show is the final event in a season is a community-based series of events, which supports local artists and businesses and brings both visitors and locals together to enjoy all that our beautiful city has to offer during the holiday season.
Mayor, Dylan Rumrell said, “The holidays are a time for families to come together and create lasting memories, and our Light Up the Beach event is the perfect opportunity to do just that. From the dazzling lights to the festive activities, it’s a celebration of community and togetherness. I encourage everyone to bring their loved ones out to enjoy the magic of the season, support our local businesses, and experience the joy that makes this time of year so special."
The city is working with radio station WSOS 103.9 FM for the event and will begin broadcasting at 6:00 PM. Tune in for shuttle information, traffic and parking updates and interviews. For those viewing the Fireworks from locations other than St. Johns County Pier Park, tune in at 8:30 PM and listen to the music while you watch the show. The Fireworks are shot off the St. Johns County Pier (350 A1A Beach Blvd.) in St. Augustine Beach. The show starts at 8:30 P.M. and runs for approximately 20 minutes.
There are multiple viewing areas including St. Augustine Beach Pier Park (the Volleyball Courts area, Splash Park, and Pavilion.) Pedestrian Beach Access from 10th Street South and beach driving as normal barring weather restrictions.
The FREE shuttles will pick up at Anastasia Baptist Church beginning at 5pm and run until 10pm. There are multiple drop off locations at A Street, 10th Street and the Pier.
There are free park and walk locations including St. Augustine Beach City Hall, Ron Parker Park, and the YMCA parking lot after 1pm.
We encourage everyone to take the shuttles, come out early and patronize our local businesses and enjoy the family friendly event.
