October 3, 2023, St. Augustine Beach, Fl. – At the October 2 Commission meeting, the Board of City Commissioners proclaimed that October 2023 be commemorated as the 50th Anniversary of EPIC Behavioral Healthcare.
Patti Greenough, Chief Executive Officer, EPIC Behavioral Healthcare attended the meeting as did several board members and staff. Ms.Greenough gave the history of EPIC and its plans to continue to provide support to the residents of St. Johns County.
The City of St. Augustine beach recognizes that EPIC Behavioral Healthcare has made a difference in the life of thousands of St. Johns County residents and their families throughout the past 50 years and has consistently "Saved lives & Transformed families" and has proven that Prevention Works, Treatment is Effective, and that People Can Recover from their substance use and/or mental health disorder.
The city encourages all citizens of St. Augustine Beach to support and recognize the contributions that EPIC has made to the health and well-being of our community as the lead behavioral health provider and to congratulate EPIC on 50 years of service with many more to come.
