Vendor Application Art in the Park

ART IN THE PARK EVENT - MAY 18, 2024

Location:  Lakeside Park, 2340 A1A South, St. Augustine Beach, FL. 32080

Event Time:  12:00PM – 5:00 PM

Thank you for your interest in participating in our event.                                                                                                                  

Vendor Booth Requirements:

Art vendors will provide their own booths at the standard size of 10 x10 and have a fee of $35 per space.  This fee covers the space for the event. Vendors may purchase more than one space for an additional fee.   This fee is non-refundable. 

ELECTRICITY NOT PROVIDED.  This event takes place in a park and has very limited access to power.  If you MUST have electricity, please contact me separately as we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Vendor spaces are limited and are on a first come first serve basis.  Submission of this form does not guarantee a spot at the event.  We will review your application and available space and contact you with further instructions, including payment options.

Vendors must be completely set up by 11:00 A.M. on May 13, 2023. Admittance will not be granted to vendors arriving after 11:30 A.M. Vendors are not permitted to leave the park before 5pm.

The City of St. Augustine Beach does not offer product exclusive to any vendor.

                                                                                             

Art in the Park Agreement
I agree to abide by the rules stated. I understand that all promotion of my items must take place in the confines of my booth. If these guidelines are not upheld, my booth will be closed immediately, and no refund will be given. In the event of extenuating circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, war, terrorist attacks, inclement weather, and any other reasonable cause; the city shall neither be held liable for fulfilling our contractual agreement nor incurring any monetary expenses for reserved services.
