St. Augustine Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide closed captioning services for live or on-demand streaming. The selected vendor shall be responsible for providing any and all personnel, equipment, software, transportation, training, maintenance, and supervision necessary to accomplish goals as listed in the RFP. Vendor will be responsible for providing captions to Official City Board Meetings, meeting all requirements of Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA guidelines. RFP Packages are available from Onvia Demandstar, Inc., at their website www.demandstar.com, or by calling 800-711-1712 and requesting City of St. Augustine Beach RFP #19-04. Vendors registered with Demandstar may download most packages at no cost from the website. Download fees may apply to vendors not registered on the website. Packages are also available, upon request, from the City of St. Augustine Beach City Manager’s Office.
