The purpose for this Request for Proposals (RFP), RFP 21-07; Voice and Data Systems, is to evaluate and select a business to provide voice and data services to the city offices of the City of St. Augustine Beach. The services requested include, but aren’t limited to, the replacement of the existing ISP data circuit at a primary site and a satellite office and the replacement of an existing multi-site telecommunications system.

NOTICES:

The City of St. Augustine Beach has completed bid review related to RFP 21-07 and officially awarded the bid to VanRan Communications, pending contract review, negotiation, and acceptance.

In order to give City Staff adequate time to evaluate submitted proposals, the bid recommendation will be delayed until March 16, 2022.

No questions were submitted prior to the addendum 1 due date. Addendum 1 is not posted intentionally.

Addendum 2 contains all questions received prior to 1/19/2022 at 5:00pm.

Addendum 3 is a notice of delay. The timeline has been adjusted/delayed by approximately one (1) month.

Addendum 4 is a change to the requirements of the RFP. The phone lines (POTS) have been changed from a requirement to an optional offering.

Addendum 5 contains all questions received prior to 2/16/2022 at 5:00pm.

Bid is currently under review. Bid comparison sheet posted. Staff will attempt to equally compare proposals and repost a bid comparison with monetary values.
