All Meetings of the City Commission and the City Comprehensive Planning and Zoning Board are shown on Beach TV. All of the City meetings that are shown, are played Live on the night of the meeting, and at Noon and 7:00pm both the day after and one week after the meeting. Other Government Meetings are shown when requested by other government bodies, and the City bulletin board messages will be displayed at all times when no other material is scheduled. Yes, anyone can watch Beach TV online. Clicking the option marked "Stream Beach TV" near the top center of the screen will take you to the correct page to view Beach TV online.

Unfortunately, we do not offer "On-demand" viewing at this time. You are able to watch any meeting live, and on the rebroadcast date. However, there is no method to pause, rewind, fast-forward, or request a specific video. We can currently only offer the ability to watch Beach TV live. If you would like to see an older meeting or event, you may request a copy of the DVD from the City Manager's office for a fee of $2.00. The Program Duplication request forms are available on the applications page under the City Manager's Office heading.

Guidelines have been passed by the City of St. Augustine Beach Commission for BeachTV. These guidelines address (among other things): programming, scheduling priorities, production services, and video duplication services. The city of St. Augustine Beach guidelines are modeled after St. Johns County guidelines and limit the range of programming that is allowed to be displayed on BeachTV. The guidelines state that the only organizations that are able to display content on BeachTV are: Government organizations in connection with official government activities that are of interest to the citizens of this City, or Local groups working on official government activities. Due to these limitations, only government content is displayed on BeachTV, however, this may vary widely depending on what content is submitted. If this is a public presentation, you will be limited on time. If you have an actual slideshow (we accept PowerPoint), you will need to submit a presentation form and arrive early to load your presentation.
